Getting started
Instant Quick Quote: make a quotation in seconds without saving a company.
Company Size Book: save a company once, then reuse its box sizes for quotations, job cards and delivery challans.
Every quotation, job card and purchase order is generated from the sizes and rates you entered — nothing on an output is pre-written.
Quotation
Enter box size, paper (Paper Shade, GSM, BF), rates and profit, then generate. The 1 BOX PAPER COST table shows each item's weight and cost, with a TOTAL COST line at the bottom. Paper cost always uses sheet weight.
Job Card
Pick saved sizes, generate the production card, and move the order Pending → In Process → Ready Delivery → Finished. From Ready Delivery, Finish moves an order to finished records; the undo arrow brings back the last finished order.
Purchase Order
Choose a product (Paper, Gum Powder, Stitching Wire, Printing Ink, Strapping Roll, Other Item, or your own product), add rows, pick a supplier, and generate the PO PDF. PO numbers reset every month.
Box: order finished boxes from another maker — pick sizes from the Company Book or enter a size manually, then set each rate by calculation or type it directly. The client company name never appears on a box order.
Delivery Challan & Test Certificate
Pick a company and its sizes, enter bundle breakups, and generate the challan PDF. Tap "Create Test Certificate" only if tests are needed — otherwise the PDF is challan-only. Tests are B.S, CS, Weight and Moisture.
Stock
Stock lists material on hand. To change a quantity today, delete the row and add it again (a proper edit is a planned improvement).
Settings
My Company Profile: name and logo used on PDF letterheads.
Terms & Conditions: separate terms masters for Quotation and Purchase Order.
Flute Manager: flute profiles and factors (standard BC/AB names are fixed).
Business Mode: Manufacturer shows all screens; Trader hides the factory screens (Job Card, Pending, In Process, Ready Delivery, Delivery Challan).
Your data
Your data lives on this phone only for now. Use Backup (Settings) to save a copy before changing phones or reinstalling. Automatic login-sync comes with the subscription version later.
